1. Payment Terms

The Dr. Pixels Studio Loyalty Yearly Plan costs AWG 1,200 for a 12-month membership, payable in two instalments:

• First payment: AWG 600, due at the start of the contract.
• Second payment: AWG 600, due at the beginning of month 7.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted by email to hello@drpixels.com. The email must clearly state that the client wishes to cancel their yearly membership.

At least one calendar month’s written notice must be received before the next scheduled payment becomes due. Cancellation requests submitted through other channels are not valid unless Dr. Pixels confirms acceptance in writing.

Clients may cancel without an additional cancellation penalty fee, provided the required notice is given and any payment obligations already due are settled.

3. Access and Refunds

Following a valid cancellation, clients may continue using the studio for the remainder of the period covered by payments already made, subject to booking procedures, studio availability and rental rules.

For example, a client who cancels during the first six-month period may continue using their remaining monthly studio allowance through the end of that period, provided the cancellation requirements are met. The second instalment will not be charged if cancellation is effective before it becomes due and the required notice has been given.

All payments made are non-refundable. Unused studio hours cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another membership or carried forward after the applicable membership period expires.

4. Studio Access and Equipment

The membership includes two hours of studio time per month, up to 24 hours over a complete 12-month term.

Access to equipment and facilities is limited to the items expressly included in the membership package. Additional studio hours, equipment and professional services may incur separate charges.

All bookings are subject to studio availability, operating hours and the applicable rental rules.

5. Loyalty Plan Eligibility and Re-enrolment

The Loyalty Yearly Plan is a discounted membership intended for clients committing to a full 12-month term.

Clients who cancel their first Loyalty Yearly Plan before completing the full 12-month term must complete a separate three-month studio rental contract at the prevailing standard rate before becoming eligible to enrol in another Loyalty Yearly Plan.

Clients who enrol in a second Loyalty Yearly Plan and subsequently cancel or otherwise fail to complete that second 12-month term will permanently lose eligibility for the Loyalty Yearly Plan.

Following such disqualification, the client may only purchase studio rental packages and services available at the current published prices. No previous loyalty rates, discounted yearly memberships or exceptions to this eligibility rule will apply.

All future bookings and contracts are subject to the prices, packages, availability and terms in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Renewal

The Loyalty Yearly Plan does not renew automatically. Any subsequent membership requires a new agreement and remains subject to the eligibility conditions outlined above.se.
